1. It is located on neighbor hill of Kaliakria (see pic. “1”, which we made with hang glider – Kaliakria and Thracian Cliffs still not exist); TH is located in geometrical centre of three golf courses and posses direct visibility to all of them.
2. TH is located on 3 first line plots, which are not simply “first line” located, but they are forming something as peninsula projected to the sea (see pic.”2”). The sea panorama from ground level is similar/better compare to the panorama from restaurant “El Balcon del Mundo”. It covers 1/4 of Bulgarian coast line – from cape Kaliakra to cape Emine. The spectacular sea view can not be explain by means of photography.

4. We exercise extreme solicitude to every detail, because “the devil is in the detail”. This theme is so comprehensive, so I will omit it. Just one small example – we brought on spot more than twenty window glass samples (from 3 different top producers) to choose this color of glass, which does not change panorama view, match to the façade, posses all quality features, assure incognito of people inside etc.
6. The infinity swimming pool is constructed on edge of the cliff just on the top of peninsula – while relaxing in pool the owners would enjoy the spectacular view of 1/4 of Bulgarian coast line. The area around the pool is lined by natural pine tree decking. We created spacious pool, suitable for swimming with very high coefficient of conformability “size of surface/number of apartments” = 5,29;
8. Amenities: SPA center (sauna, vapor bath, Jacuzzi, relax area) and café/food bar working solely for owners from residence. Biological clean foods from region. Cable TV and hi-speed Wi-FI (optical source) are available. Each apartment goes with one free of charge parking place.
9. Property management will be performed by us in order to comply with highest standards. The price is about 8,5 Euro (VAT included) per sq.m./year.
10. We offer apartments absolutely completed with fitted bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen equipment – oven, aspirator, glass hobs. The process of final touches we made with very strict cooperation with owners by mails, 3D visualization projects, material samples etc. For example we offer more than 15 models of bath rooms, but any how - if somebody has special requirements we approach personally in order to be aware that he will make his own aesthetic choice that will correspond 100% to that magnificent place.
